U.S. Citizen Services

The U.S. Consular Agency in Victoria, Seychelles provides routine and emergency services to U.S. citizens.

The U.S. Consular Agency is located on the second floor of the Oliaji Trade Centre, Victoria, Seychelles, and is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 to 12:30.

To schedule an appointment for routine services, such as passport renewal, consular report of birth abroad, and the notarization of documents, please email ConAgencySeychelles@state.gov or call (248) 422 52 56/(248) 251 52 56 during regular business hours.  If calling from the United States, dial 011 248 422 52 56 or 011 248 251 52 56. Please review travel.state.gov for complete information regarding application forms, supporting documents, photos, and fees prior to arriving for your appointment.

Consular fees are payable on the day of your appointment at the Consular Agency. Cash payment are accepted in Seychelles rupees or in U.S. dollars by credit card.

For afterhours emergencies involving U.S. citizens in Seychelles, please call the Consular Agency at (248) 251 52 56. Emergencies include: death of a U.S. citizen, serious illness or injury, children’s issues including child abduction, and victims of crime.


Do not contact the Consular Agency in Seychelles regarding visa matters. The Consular Agency does not process visa applications and the Consular Agent is not authorized to answer visa inquiries.
